Sandy's Bio
As a leadership/team coach and facilitator, Sandy Benz is deeply passionate about the people side of change. She helps leaders inspire their teams during times of change, so they can navigate ongoing changes with collaborative mindsets, skillsets, and easy-to-use toolsets - with measurable results.
Her 25-year career includes organzational development, enterprise-wide employee engagement, and designing leadership/team development programs and workshops. Clients have described her approach as engaging, proactive, and results oriented. She brings an easy-going-yet-focused nature to everything she does.
With a Master’s in Adult Education and a Bachelor’s in Business Management, Sandy is an ICF and Board-Certified Coach (ACC & BCC), and is a certified practitioner with ProSci Change Management, Genos Emotional Intelligence, Situational Mindsets, Working Genius, and Bates Executive Presence.
She has facilitated hundreds of leadership and team workshops on the topics of Crucial Conversations, Clifton Strengths, Seven Habits of Highly Effective People, Four Disciplines of Execution, Giving and Receiving Feedback, Collaborative and Adaptive Thinking, Leading with Emotional Intelligence, and Managing Workplace Transitions.
